Robotic Process Automation Program

RPA Programı: Hakkında

The UP School RPA program is to provide female employment in the field of RPA.
It is a 12-week training program designed.
We enable our alumni to start their careers as RPA developers.

In the second RPA program, which ended in January 2022, more than 50% of our 19 students got a job before the program ended.

Applications for this program closed on February 9th.

Students accepted to this program:

  • The total fee for the UP School RPA Developer program is 6.780 TL + KDV.

  • You can pay the program fee in 3 installments: at the beginning, middle, and end of the program; or you can take advantage of the UP School student loan.

  • With the UP School student loan, it is possible to get a loan with an interest rate from the contracted bank and pay with a 6-month postponement and an 18-month maturity.

  • If you cannot find a job within 3 months after the end of the education, your education fee will be refunded if you have not used credit, and UP School will pay your credit if you have used it.

Who Can Apply?​

Preferably from Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering departments,

women who have graduated or will graduate between 2018 and 2022 March can apply.

How will the application process proceed? ​​

  • Registration on the Platform and Online Form

  • English Test

  • Technical Test

  • Interviews

How long will the program last? ​

​

  • The program will start on 1st of March and will last for 12 weeks, 8 hours per week.

  • The technical training period is 72 hours.

  • The time required for homework and personal study outside of classes is an average of 10 hours per week.

  • In addition to technical training, additional TA Office Hours are opened so students can ask questions. These sessions are 24 hours in total.

  • Core Skills training is 2 hours per week.

Is the UP School RPA Program paid?

Yes, the RPA program is paid. A first in Turkey with this program

We provide a 6-month education loan.

How much is the tuition fee?

We expect you to pay 500 TL for 18 months when you get a job to cover the tuition fee.

How long can I pay the tuition fee?

We do not expect a payment during the 3-month training program and for 3 months after the program. You can start paying as soon as you get hired.

If I can't get a job, I won't pay for the training program.

is it necessary?

If you can't get a job, UP School will pay your education loan.

If I do not receive a job offer at the end of the program, will I have to pay for the program?

No, the training is free unless you receive at least 2 job offers at the end of the program.  In this case, UP School will pay your loan.

What awaits you in the program?

The application phase of the RPA program to be implemented by UP School

students who successfully complete and are accepted into the program

The program offers:

​​

  • ​On Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, a total of 8 hours a week, online trainings combining theory and practice in the field of RPA, course support sessions with the help of video content and TAs.

​

  • ​ 2 hours a week, Human Skill / YGA trainings where they will gain success together; CV preparation, interview preparation trainings.

​

  • ​ Mentoring from experienced UP School Alumni for 12 weeks.

​

  • ​ Ongoing mentoring process for post-employment support.

​

  • Engage in the UP School Alumni network; The right to provide mentorship support to new students and to participate in UP School Alumni trainings and activities if requested.

​

  • At the end of the program, students will take the UiPath certification exam.
